The city itself was lovely and provided a perfect backdrop for our romantic escape. We enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants and shops, and the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness of the room and hotel was impressive, as were the complimentary toiletries provided.
Our experience at the hotel was less than satisfactory. The staff was unprofessional and unaccommodating, and the amenities were lacking.

The hotel is in a central area surrounded by plenty of dining options and close to the airport. The staff are generally polite and accommodating. The bed linens and towels in the room are clean.
The shower area in the bathroom requires some upgrading.

The hotel facilities were really clean and well-maintained, and the parking was very convenient. Additionally, the location of this hotel was excellent and made transportation around this city a breeze. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was provided each morning, which was an excellent way to start our day.
